One is not Fun was first created when I was living on my own. An avid cook, I found it a struggle finding recipes designed just for one person. Delia's One is Fun epitomised the approach of the few recipes I did find; my favourite recipe from her collection requires a single slice of onion. I remain unclear what you are supposed to do with the rest of the onion.
It's difficult to find being one much fun, but hopefully this blog provides a few more practical ideas.
